The Express UU Bar Ranch is well on it’s way to establishing its self as a licensed shooting preserve, making it one of the few upland game bird hunting destinations in New Mexico, and quite possibly the only of it’s kind. With ring neck pheasant living natively on the ranch, and a world class pen reared quail release program, upland bird hunters are sure to be attracted to the quality of hunt we aim to offer. Our upland game bird hunts include bobwhite quail, pheasant, and blue grouse. We will offer the same first class amenities on our upland bird hunts as we do on our big game hunts.
2008/2009 Bobwhite Season : September 1st – March 31st
UU Bar Bobwhite Package includes: Two day, three night, all inclusive quail hunt. Arrive the night before, between 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Hunt two consecutive days, and take up to 15 birds per day. Includes lodging, meals, guide (4:1), use of dogs, transportation while on hunt, cleaning, 
bagging, and freezing of birds along with a cooler for transportation. Also includes one round of sporting clays.
Two day package ---------- $1,600 per hunter.
Arrangements can be made for additional days of hunting, for the rate of $600 per hunter / per day with prior notice.
Guests are welcome to bring personal hunting dogs, given proof of current vaccinations and health certificate can be provided. Dog boarding will be included in cost of hunt in replacement of use of ranch dogs. Please notify us of your intent to bring personal dog(s) at time of booking.
